This medical office building is a 4 storey cast-in-place concrete building with a steel and cross laminated timber (CLT) roof. The building features exposed concrete surfaces and an interior atrium with clearstory windows. This project is one of the first in Saskatchewan to use CLT within the structure. The project was completed in 2016.
