Conexus Head Office Building

JCK Engineering Inc. is providing structural engineering services for the new Conexus Head Office Building located in Wascana Park. The three-storey cast-in place concrete building contains underground parking and features a single-storey steel framed atrium that connects the new office building to Darke Hall. The parkade structure extends beyond the footprint of the building and was designed to support an architectural designed landscape. The atrium roof structure includes exposed glulam beams and ross laminated timbers (CLT).
