Canada Saskatchewan Production Studio

This project provided a technically advanced sound stages for the film industry. Located in Wascana Park, the building incorporates the brick façade from the Normal School built in the early 1900’s. The Normal School was deemed to be a heritage structure and the building was suitable for redevelopment into a sound stage. The new development includes three soundstage as well as office and service spaces. The soundstages consist of large volume spaces that are column free with clear spans in excess of 30 m and heights of 12 m.
