Harbour Landing Village

Harbour Landing Village is a multi-generational community facility located in Regina’s Harbour Landing. The building contains apartments and supportive living for seniors, a learning center for children, a restaurant, coffee shop, and hair salon. The building is 4-storeys tall with a full basement. The structure is cast-in-place concrete. The $20M building is approximately 8,800 m2 in size and was constructed in 2016. P3Architecture Partnership was the architect of record and PCL Construction Management the general contractor.
